Cost & Dates

The cost for Cocinar Mexicano is $1695. While specifics will vary depending on fiesta dates and the availability of our affiliated chefs, this includes roundtrip transportation between Mexico City airport and Tepoztlán by chauffeured van, arrival reception, tuition & materials for five hands-on classes and optional technique sessions, all lunches, five dinners, all scheduled evening activities, all group excursions including museum tickets, and medical insurance for the duration of your trip. Airfare, hotel and gratuities are not included.

Application Guidelines

Registration for Cocinar Mexicano is ongoing, with places filled on a first-come first-served basis. A $50 processing fee is required with your online application. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is expected by August 1st for January workshops, October 1st for workshops held in March, December 1st for those running in May, March 1st for those scheduled in August, and June 1st for our special Day of the Dead workshop straddling November 1st. Payment balances are due on September 1st, November 1st, January 1st, April 1st and July 1st. Failure to complete the workshop payments in a timely fashion will release your space to other applicants.
