I will always look back on Cocinar Mexicano as one of the highlights of my culinary journey. Your program filled me with inspiration and aspirations to learn more about my culinary "raíces" as I make my way to becoming a chef.

We welcome disabled travelers but feel we must urge you to proceed with caution if mobility is an issue. Tepoztláccn is a village of hilly, cobbled streets built into the foothills of the great volcanoes—enchanting to the eye but difficult to navigate on crutches and almost impossible by wheelchair. The Posada del Tepozteco has two or three relatively accessible rooms. A set of ramps leads to the dining room, but the grounds are terraced and there are many stairs between levels. Casa Bugambilia is all on one level with fully accessible grounds and pool. Access to the guest rooms at Las Golondrinas is via a long flight of stairs. Please email us for specific information and advice.
