Applications, Deposits, and Prices

Applications will be considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of $500 per participant. The balance is due no later than 60 days before your workshop begins. If your balance is not paid by that date, your place may be cancelled. If you submit your application less than 60 days before your trip begins, it must be accompanied by full payment.

Once we receive your deposit, we will send a confirmation and detailed background information for your trip.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Waiver

All cancellations must be made in writing.

If we receive your cancellation more than 60 days before your workshop, we will refund in full any payments made over and above your original $500 deposit, which will be retained as a cancellation fee.

For cancellations received between 60 and 31 days prior to a workshop, we will refund 50% of all payments over and above the $500 cancellation fee.

There will be no refunds for cancellations received 30 days or less before your workshop.

We recommend that all participants obtain trip cancellation and travel insurance.
